Aloha Cones | Our Story

Born in Kinau Street, made for Denver

Aloha Cones started in a working-class Honolulu neighborhood in 2013 with one idea: fresh, beautiful food that tastes as good as it looks. Now it calls Denver home.

We started in Kinau Street — not a tourist corridor, but a working-class Honolulu neighborhood where respect for good fish runs deep. That spirit shaped everything we do.
The fish comes first

The fish comes first

In a city that invented poke, guests called our fish some of the freshest on Oahu. We've carried that same standard to Denver — never frozen, always handled with care.
Beyond the bowl

Beyond the bowl

Beyond the classic bowl, we tuck poke into a shave ice flower cone or pile it onto crispy chips as Poke Nachos. Great ingredients deserve to be played with.

We brought everything from the islands — the fish standards, the spirit, the flavor. Guests from LA, SF, and Honolulu call it the most authentic Hawaiian poke in Colorado.
